Our Quality Assurance department focuses on a thorough understanding of bean profiles and roasting processes to resolve any non-conformances before product release. This ensures minimum quality complaints and maintains maximum speciality standards for all our coffee partners.
Our coffee lab adheres to ISO 17025:2017 standards, maintaining comprehensive testing for bean moisture, density, mycotoxins, and pesticide residues. We use high-precision instruments, calibrated by third-party labs, to ensure every batch of speciality beans meets global export requirements for safety and quality.
The QC Team manages three specialized units: the Analytical Lab, Microbiological Lab, and Instrumentation Lab. These labs analyze green beans, in-process roasts, and finished products against global coffee standards, providing a detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every individual shipment.
